At Creative Images, we thrive on providing each and every client the best possible service we can offer. That's why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their salon experience. We understand that schedules change and things come up, therefore we require at least 24-hour notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled later than 24 hours or no shows will incur a charge of 50% of their service amount.
